It's Your Life
Each of you must take responsibility for doing the best you can with your own life. Gal. 6:5 TMB
In our culture we shift the blame for everything. We are the way we are and our lives have
turned out the way they have because of the way we grew up, or because of what someone did to us, or because of the way circumstances played out in our
lives. We blame everyone and everything. We blame our parents, our teachers, the boss, the people at church, the politicians, the President, and our
environment.
But all this blaming will never improve the quality of your life or move you forward towards your dreams. In fact,
quite the contrary, blaming causes you to abdicate responsibility for your life.
Your life isn't anyone else's responsibility. It's yours.
If you're ever going to realize a higher quality of life and lay hold of the dreams in your heart, you must take responsibility for your life. If you blame
shift, you will never get anywhere.
Do you want to realize the awesome life that God has planned for you? Then take responsibility
for your life. Again, it is your life!
